I am sharing this review on behalf of my brother who visited the friendly community Petro Gas station on , One road and Francis Road in Richmond BC. today. The employees that worked on his vehicle went out of there way to help and rectify the problem quickly. A job that could have cost hundreds of dollars or more , and at a very fair and reasonable rate. My brother as a satisfied customer recommends this local business.
I went there this tuesday morning between 10 and 11am , almost every pump was busy, and there was a single hardworking guy trying to help everyone. The guy was providing some amazing customer service (his name starts from "D" according to his name tag). I believe there should be at least 2 people working in busy times. Otherwise, this is the only gas station in Richmond where I see people working outside and providing the actual full service.
Service was amazing and price was very good definitely will go back and recommend them to everyone.all you need try them once.
You’d never know this was a full service station. If you want full service. Keep on driving. They rarely ever come to the pumps.
Been going to the service station for 30 years. Gas, services, gas tank refills for years and years. Then we had an issue with one of our Tank Traders gas tanks. We were treated like dirt, when I wanted a replacement, by the arrogant “game playing nocturnal” who does not give a dam about customer service. His skills are summed up in; cash-till operations and knuckle dragging. We will never go back.
