Not so much as a "terrible experience" as it is an ethics concern. The cashier told me that if someone left without paying gas, the store would deduct it from the shift worker's paycheck. He told me this is what they did to him. Obviously, this is plain illegal and considering the ethnicity of the cashier, I'm not surprised. Not surprised that Petro Canada is also exploiting temporary foreign workers. Not surprised that there has not been consequences either.

Terrible interaction at this location. Went for gas this morning and the pump I pulled up to didn’t have much / any gas left. I looked to the cashier inside the store for help and they were too occupied playing on their phone. I got in my car and drove to another pump which thankfully did have gas but no more receipt paper. The staff there was definitely not doing their job this morning.

The red hair lady that works here does not freakin know how to talk or deal with customers. To who ever is the owner of this place…… either you get her out of here or she will be the reason you will lose a-lot of your customers i must say that. Why does she have an attitude like that. How difficult is it to deal with people nicely with a smile on their face and with little less attitude.

Horrible customer service and very rude behavior from women working in the evenings/night. Take your business somewhere else, they do not deserve it. Zero stars!! ruining Petro-Canada's good brand name!!
