I've always gone to this location for many years now, but not worth the grief that I received today. I went to this store yesterday and the cashier "Himanshu" didn't know how to process gift cards and told me to come back today as another lady would be working and she would not be, but I was surprised to see her again and there was indeed another lady there today as well that I know she is familiar with processing gift cards. Petro Canada 151 Columbia St. W., Waterloo 18:01:05 07/17/20 24 The worst customer service I have ever had. The only reason why I was there is because I had a gift card will never return.
Store is supposed to close at 10pm, but front doors were locked at 9pm and cashier was taking orders through a window. If you want to close your store at 9pm, don’t advertise 10pm. Horrible customer service. Just go to shell across the street.
Horrible customer service from the cashiers, if i could give it less than 1 star i would. Would never go back to this branch again.
