Update: pumps that were blocked off with cones a week ago also blocked off with cones tonight. I'm beginning to suspect that this is a technique Petro-Canada uses to sell less gas at night when the price is cheap. Very irritating to pull in for gas and finding out of order pumps blocked off with cones, easier to just go across the street to the shell station where they have more pumps and seem to maintain them better.
