Showers are not cleaned after use or the toilet , dirty floors pee on the toilet etc .Having one person on yes makes it hard to clean after every use. Maybe have 2 staff members on and they can rotate who cleans. I wouldn’t mind having a pay a little more if that meant having a cleaner shower room.
