Staff were very rude and unhelpful when I had concerns about a transaction. Make sure to double-check your receipts and charges. Definitely not the level of service I expected from Petro-Canada.

Very disappointing experience at this Petro-Canada location. I purchased a lottery ticket that should have cost around $7, but I was charged $77.95 instead. Due to a network issue at the time, I was unable to review the transaction immediately. When I later called the station to politely inquire about the charge and seek clarification, the employee I spoke with was extremely rude and unwilling to listen. I visited this Petro-Canada location to purchase only a lottery ticket, but I later discovered that I was charged approximately $70 more than the amount I should have paid. I did not make any other purchases, so this charge is very concerning. What was even more disappointing was the response I received when I called the gas station to inquire about the transaction. These people are fraud. We did a transaction of $7 bought a lottery ticket, they charged us $77.95 and refused to give receipt as well. When we found out that we are overcharged, called them, instead of listening to us he ran over us saying do whatever you can do. They are fraud. Beware of them
