Friendly staff, a little disappointed that pumps are now pre pay.
Staff were very rude and unhelpful when I had concerns about a transaction. Make sure to double-check your receipts and charges. Definitely not the level of service I expected from Petro-Canada.
Very disappointing experience at this Petro-Canada location. I purchased a lottery ticket that should have cost around $7, but I was charged $77.95 instead. Due to a network issue at the time, I was unable to review the transaction immediately. When I later called the station to politely inquire about the charge and seek clarification, the employee I spoke with was extremely rude and unwilling to listen.
