On March 29, 2026, at 18:15 (6:15 PM), an employee wearing a turban attended to me while I attempted to purchase Lotto tickets. I clearly repeated to him twice: "I need a 649 ticket, one line, ten draws." Instead, he gave me ten lines for one draw. I repeated myself a third time — "one line, ten draws" — but he again processed it as ten lines, one draw. I then asked for a Lotto Max ticket, also one line with ten draws.
