Another day, another 7-Eleven “out of order” washroom. Seriously, why even pretend to have a washroom if it’s never available? Either put up a permanent sign saying “No washroom for customers” or actually maintain it. Every single time — whether it’s Richmond, Vancouver, Surrey, or now this Petro-Canada + 7-Eleven — it’s the same story: “Sorry, washroom not working.” It’s honestly ridiculous. There is no way lol
Rude service and was over charged by almost half of what I should have been. No one cared. I know night shift is tough, but customer service is still part of your job. Do Better. I will just use one of the other 10 gas stations on my way to work next time.
