Why do they shut down all the pumps for 1/2 hours at close of the shift. I'm sure there is a better to do this

Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The cashier, Ray, was rude, dismissive, and incredibly confusing to deal with—he couldn’t give clear answers to simple questions. He also seemed completely out of it, which made the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. This kind of behavior is not acceptable in a customer-facing role. I strongly urge management to please take action. Definitely not coming back!!

I had a very disappointing experience. The information provided to me was incorrect, which led to unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor—there was no clear communication, no proper guidance, and no effort to resolve my issue. Dear Manager, I am writing to formally complain about the behavior of one of your employees. Today, I visited your petroleum station and bought somethings and the staff member on duty behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner toward me.
