Half of the pumps don’t work - buttons and card readers broken, and none of them ever have receipt paper in them. Staff are never at till when you walk in. I had to try 3 different pumps today before getting one that wasn’t broken where I could actually fill up at.
Honestly I hate this gas station. None of the pumps ever have receipt paper, my petro points card isn’t accepted, the app to pay by phone doesn’t work at just this location.. There was a HUGE ice drop-off between the pumps and the building this winter, easily big enough to damage a vehicle. I went inside and asked the staff to put out a pylon so people wouldn’t drive over it, they did nothing.
They do not ever bother filling the receipt roll at the pumps. When there was the paper once, the ink didn't fill. They take forever at the tills. I would suggest there is a till for gas payment and another for the food etc. I would highly suggest all pumps be checked for ink and roll every 4 hours.
They let me chill and charge my phone while staying dry
