The customer service of the person that help me was not helpful called me a liar when he ask me if I wanted to replay my keno ticket and I said no and he replayed it and said you owe this much I said no replay and he argued with about the ticket and he canceled the ticket but l felt very uncomfortable the way he treated me calling me a liar.
Great service at Petro-Canada Burnaby! Muskaan, the cashier, is always very polite and helpful. She provides excellent customer service and makes customers feel welcome. Really appreciate her positive attitude and quick service
Too often when I come here to get gas, the receipt rarely prints out. Seems purposely to make you come inside the store. Shame on you management. Seriously everyone knows this sly tactic and customers know this...STOP clowning around and properly refill the receipt tape at the pump!!! Extreme frustration especially when you are in a rush. Sadly the attendant was nowhere to be seen. The sign says be back in five minutes.
The works there are nice but the reason why I am giving 2 stars is because first I found a sandwich that was moldy and told them about it and came back 3 days later and it was still there which just shows that they don’t throw away moldy products. Yesterday I went there again and now there is a homeless guy sleeping out front I have seen him there for a while now just kept forgetting to mention it in the reviews. The workers know but don’t do anything. Do better!!!
