Customer service is horrible when i went there today. Sonia was just annoying be at that job.she is not helping customers and rude to them.i would never recommend that gas station.Manager need to stand up and do something abt her.Very non compliance staff.None stars from me. I told her,if the customers are coming that is reason you are working. I hope no one go there. Bad customer service, I don’t want to give any stars.
We went to this store for lottery at 10.30 pm. There was a white guy and he was very rude with us. We were four freinds and planning to buy lottery tickets for each of us. My one friend went there first and asked for lottery ticket and then he said to show id unfortunately she didn’t have it that’s totally fine .after this we all three went there and asked for ticket . Don't come here unless you want to be scammed. There was a sign on the pump that said you can get premium gas for the price of regular gas and that was the only reason that I decided to get gas here. As I was about to press the button for premium a guy came out and ripped the sign off and it reset to the higher price. So ridiculous. I asked him what was up as I had just talked to him inside and pre-authorized and there was no issue until coincidentally I decided to go and press to fill them he decided the deal was no longer.... read more
