Windshield wash nasty and empty, pump in error with no notice to customers, recipe not working (very common here).
DO NOT GET FUEL FROM HERE! THEY MUST HAVE A BAD WATER FILTER! I RECENTLY MOVED TO THE AREA AND STARTED USING THIS GAS STATION BECAUSE THE SHELL DOESN'T HAVE A TAP OPTION. BOTH OF MY VEHICLES STARTING SPUTTERING AND NOT PERFORMING AS THEY SHOULD. TURNS OUT THERE WAS HIGH VOLUMES OF FREE WATER IN BOTH MY FUEL TANKS!!!
Yall need to hire more staff for the busy time of days. Or get the chick who is doing nothing in the back to come out and help when there is a 10-person lime up. Kinda ridiculous
Tried to use a gift card I had won. They said it had already been used. Came home called the number on the back of the card. They said no there is still the whole balance. I asked why when I used it they would say it had already been used…they said try another location. Very frustrated with the Immel location, they should know how to use their own systems better. Ended up paying out of pocket. I won’t be going back to use the gift card!
So poor customer service Broken pumps Unfriendly cashier specially the female one I went to get my car tank filled up, pressed button for one type of fuel but pump automatically turned to other type of fuel, upon asking cashier she said that it’s impossible and she won’t do anything to fix it. That was so rude. They have cameras to check if anything wrong happened, instead of looking into their fault and get to some solution she kept saying,” no, it’s not possible, You must have pressed that button”.
