Very disappointing customer service. I visited today, October 29, during the evening shift\. The receipt printer at the gas pump wasn’t working, so I went inside to ask for a receipt\. The employee working had a very rude attitude.She printed my receipt, handed it to me, and immediately turned her back without a simple thank you, apology, or any courtesy. It's very upsetting to know that there is a gas station so convenient to me that I cannot rely on. So often their pumps don't work, and I have found myself on many occasions having to move my car twice to find a pump that actually works. I like the convenience of tap or using a card, but for some reason their pumps only want you to go inside to pay. This is no good for people with disabilities, dogs in the cars, children in the car etc, or if you're just in a hurry. Maybe it's a tactic to get you to come in and buy something... read more
