Why are the washrooms closed when the gas station itself is open! Ridiculous
I usually fill up my car here but I noticed that my card was charged $80 for gas when I only put $40 worth of gas. I called the store and a worker said sometimes the gas station will hold a payment. I was told that if I don’t see it back in my account this will be escalated to management. There’s no need to put a hold payment if I already paid. This doesn’t make sense. Does this mean I have to pay in person instead moving forward? I don’t understand why this happens.
It can get very busy. Some stations are not operational too.
