Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my recent experience at the Petro-Canada location in Nisku, Alberta. During my visit to this station, an employee identified as Mr. Dave refused to provide fuel service to me and denied issuing a receipt after fuel was taken. Open 24hr/7days a week! This is a great place to stop, staff are friendly. Washrooms available and are kept pretty clean. There is an A&W (24/7) built right into it - fresh hot delicious food! Has drive threw. There is a Tim Hortons right across; with other stores for service. Petro-Pass, card lock, Truck Stop right next door.
It's always a pleasure coming to this location for my fuel and snacks. The staff are amazing and friendly.
