Very disappointed with this place. The staff were rude and refused to let me use the washroom, even though I was a customer. They tried to lie about it and make excuses instead of helping. Totally unprofessional behavior — not what you expect from any decent business. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Customer service need to improve specifically young people others staff are very friendly
Service is so stupid and two employees are just talking and not treating customers well. I asked for two lotto max with extra and she didn’t even charge me and threw the receipt at me. They don’t even let me use my points card too. Happened on December 8, 2024 at 8:25 am
