Absolutely terrible experience. I stopped to fill up gas and after I finished paying, I politely asked the girl at the register if I could use the bathroom. She told me the bathroom was “out of service.” Fine, things break — that’s understandable. But what happened next was unbelievable. I’ve been going over here since past 2 years for gas and sometimes to purchase some other stuffs as well. Regardless, on this auspicious day of Christmas I decided to go there for some gas and thought of grabbing a couple of things along and at the counter I asked along with the purchase of products that if I can get a “Bag” for my purchase . Cashier doesn’t understand how manufacturer coupons work, and refused to accept a coupon. The coupon clearly stated the dealer is to accept the coupon and will be reimbursed for the value of the product by PepsiCo with very clear instructions on the coupon, but they still refused. Pretty straight forward for anyone who has ever worked retail as a cashier. Petro at Fanshawe/Wonderland accepted the coupon without issue.
