The Indian guy named Gurtej who works at the cashier gave me an attitude for just me asking if he could help me with the pump, because it wasn’t working, but then he got mad at me saying that my card was rejected but outside at the gas pump where you can also pay, my card went through without no problem. And now he is trying to make me pay again which I don’t want to cause I already did pay outside this gas station probably has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Double, check your pricing. I went in and bought 2 gatorades, and a bag of chips and looked at my receipt when I got home. Came to thirty six dollars, did not get gas. Just the drinks and the chips. So double check your pricing because your kids are probably getting ripped off
It's a nice location easy to get in and out of. The staff is friendly, and the store has a well stocked inventory, but there are no fountain drinks due to an attached Tim Hortons express. Overall, it was my first choice to fill up in Chestermere.
Worst customer service ever!!!! The girl cashier was very rude and talking to her own language while customer was infront of her talking to her phone while working. They dont even give you credits for your petro points went to other area and theres no problem on redeeming the Petro Points. Never ever come back in these store. NOT really RECOMMENDED.
