Falsely advertised gas price
Refused to serve $50 gas because I had $100 bill . Had to go the shell . Will never come back here again , you lose all my family’s business .
I often stop here as it's closest to my commute. I have seen the customer service standards increase drastically compared to last few years. Yesterday, Devanshu greeted me and helped me with all my needs very efficiently including few scratch tickets. I just went to other petro Canada location and realized that 613 Evans has substantially better customer service compared to most of the petro Canada locations in the GTA.
The worst washroom I have come across in a gas station. The washroom wasn't maintained at all. The store has just one washroom for men and women, and being a women I would never want to be in a position to clean all the mess behind such as stains on the toilet seat, toilet paper in the bowel. I would really recommend maintaining the washroom.
