Repeatedly poor experience at this Petro-Canada location (12326 111 Ave NW). Doors are often locked well before the posted closing time, leaving customers outside. I’ve seen multiple people ring the service buzzer with no response. This isn’t a one-off — it’s a pattern. If the posted hours say the store is open, the doors should be open. Management needs to address this.
Always very friendly and helpful staff and convenient to have the A & W on site. Thanks go out to the staff at the counter and the lovely polite ladies behind the counter at the A&W ! ALWAYS brighten the day when I go in.
They stole $60 from me, went and checked a sportselect ticket at the thing in the store, says I won just over $60, go turn it in and buy more tickets for the lady behind the counter to say my ticket was a losing ticket, so I asked for the ticket back and they grab tickets from the garbage but not one the one I signed and gave them, then they start complaining at me about a line up forming and repeating that my ticket lost, yet they still couldn't find it
Super frustrating that the printers are still not working at this location. I want to say it’s going on a year. And today when I went to ask the person behind the counter when they would be fixed, he started his response with “listen bro, we’re working on it.” What? I’m not your bro. I’m a frustrated customer that has had to consistently be inconvenienced by broken printers. Super unprofessional.
It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Good experience.
