Very disappointing customer service. The staff was extremely rude and inattentive. No greeting, no basic politeness, and they didn’t even ask about a loyalty card. The overall attitude makes customers feel unwelcome and truly discourages coming back. Management should seriously address this issue and provide proper customer service training, because this level of service hurts the business and the customer experience.
❗ Possible fuel pump calibration issue I had a very concerning experience at this Petro-Canada location. My tank was about half full, yet I was able to pump over 35 liters, which simply does not add up. After refueling, my vehicle showed a fuel consumption of 12.5 L/100 km, which is not realistic for my normal driving conditions. The pump was behaving strangely during refueling — fuel flow felt inconsistent, and the liters were increasing unusually fast.
