Do not come here
Keep an eye on your meter when filling here, the pump didn't shut off spilling gas everywhere (they made me pay for the gas spilled), I filed an report with measurements Canada and they found that not only were the meters sporadic in shutting off they also weren't giving correct readings, and were issued a citation. UPDATE: They confirmed that they aren't going to do anything about it. So as I said, don't leave your car while filling, and keep an eye on your pump!
I pulled in at 6:44 and the price on the sign was $1.51 per litre and after I put my credit card in it switched the price to $1.72 I am not sure how that is a legal business practice….just so I am clear my credit card was in the reader and it actively cancelled the transaction and changed the price. Staff didn’t do anything but look at me stupid. Reply to PC comment: I have filled out an official complaint to Petro Canada through your online system.
Try to avoid. Zero concern for customer service. Can’t get Receipts at pumps cuz workers are too lazy. Disappointing as this place is in Strathcona There’s never anyone at the til, so you go to get gas then have to go inside and wait 10 minutes for your receipt or anything else you want. Zero improvements regardless how many complaints. This is a busy location, but they have the one guy who runs around and is never at the til owner is too cheap to adequately staff it
