I go here often around 5:00am on my way to work. The Employee is never there. He is always in the bathroom or hiding in the back somewhere. I understand that the bathroom needs to be cleaned and that people have to use the bathroom periodically. However, 80% of time I go there, he is never at the counter. I press the call button and wait. I have waited as long as 20 Minutes. The coffee machine is never ready for use. He says he has got to clean it. My wife, who is 36 years old, asked for a Lotto Max ticket while I was filling up my vehicle. She came back empty-handed, saying they asked for ID, which she didn’t have on her. After I finished filling up, I went to buy the ticket myself. The cashier insisted she still needed to see my wife’s ID. I was confused and said, “What?
