This place is not welcoming. This place is chaotic, always stressful, having to wait in line at 7am to get someone to unlock milk for you feels like jail or daycare. No thanks. Your better to save the headache and go somewhere else.
Receipt printers at the pump have not functioned for at least 1.5 years, turning what should be a simple transaction into a waste of the customer’s time standing in line inside.
Every time I use this gas station the receipt paper is empty. This creates a long, unnecessary lineup inside that could be easily avoided.
I find it interesting that people complain about the receipt paper. I truly hope the the management and higher ups read this review they will actually do something. WHEN, are you going to give your staff and customers the support the truly deserve? When, will you do something about the fact people entering your store have to constantly be accosted by the homeless and addicts asking for spare change so they can go and get their next high? Do something!
