Very good service from Jaskaran! Went above and beyond to help us
Terrible customer service. I went with a friend to pick up a trailer from this U-Haul at Petro-Canada and was shocked at how badly the staff behaved — especially Mohit and Ramneek Kaur. No respect, no courtesy, just attitude. We both left feeling insulted and unwelcome. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Had a really disappointing experience with Mohit and Ramneek Kaur at this U-Haul location. They were rude, unhelpful, and made the whole process frustrating. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about customers at all. Totally unprofessional service — not what you expect from U-Haul or Petro-Canada.
