Charged for gas at the pomp but refused by cashier asked me pay again inside ...used to be good gas station but some thing is off with new management ...
Your employee working the counter today 12pm has Zero customer service skills. She embarrassed me in front of other client when my card declined. Never again
Went for gas at 11pm last night. Gas station associate was very rude and was listening to music on his phone while I was talking to him and therefore misunderstood my request. I left quite upset without receiving the service I needed. He refused to help me get the amount of gas I needed. On the phone with the corporate office now to place a formal complaint.
Their diesel is very good.
