April 9/26 Decided to fill up on some gas. Unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. When I was pre-paying for gas at the pump, I noticed this location DOESN’T HAVE THE SCANNER TO COLLECT PETRO POINTS! You’d think for a new growing neighborhood/community their gas pump machines would have the scanner feature. I’ll be sure to put this place on my “DO NOT GO HERE” list

Today, we went to this petro to get oil filled, but the machine kept cutting off again and again, which caused a lot of inconvenience. On top of that, the employee behaved very rudely, which was completely unprofessional. Customers should be treated with respect. The management should ensure proper maintenance of machines and train their staff to behave politely with customers.

On Sunday morning, my wife and I went to the store to fill up my car. The restroom and floor were dirty and my pregnant wife was literally going to slip on the floor . The woman who was working that day, Nawal, was extremely impolite, and I was really disappointed in her customer service.

i had very poor experience with loss of 9 $ due to cashier mistake by fueling other from my card and she is not accepting her mistake .they don’t understand the difference between first and five .didn’t return the money at all .
