I had a terrible experience at this location. The incident happened @ 9pm 13/09/25 The worker at the counter was absolutely disgusting, harassing the young woman in front of me, asking her for her social media/phone number, trying to ask her what she liked to do for fun and asking her very inappropriate questions(I will not go into detail as I feel uncomfortable repeating them) and when I asked for his name he scoffed at me and said “yea, like I would give you my name” very rude and disrespectful. I’ve experienced during my visits to your store. Each time I come in, I am met with rude behavior from sherri which is both unprofessional and frustrating. Additionally, the wait time to be served is consistently between 30 to 45 minutes, which is unacceptable for regular service. It causes a lot of inconvenience, especially when there are cash-related inquiries that need prompt handling. I strongly suggest that this employee be reassigned to the graveyard shift, where they may be better able to manage customer interactions ... read more
