Be careful! They advertise one price for drinks, and then charge another higher price. It's subtle if you're not paying attention. I asked them to honor the advertised price and they said no. This has happened before. Does it just "happen" to be a "mistake" made several times? Maybe. But always double-check!
I haven’t been to this Kensington Petro in may years but we stopped for gas this evening and I wanted to write a review about the customer service. The young lady that was working there was so helpful and you could tell she takes her job for customer service to heart. That’s hard to find sometimes these days. Knowledgeable and a smile on her face. It really made my day! Thank you!
Where’s my proof of purchase? I topped up my gas at this Kensington Gas station on 29 June 2025 at 10.13pm. The receipt did not print at the pump and suddenly a STOP, DO NOT USE error message appeared on the screen. I waited a moment then walked up to the window to speak to the attendant but he ignored me. I could see he was hurriedly looking at and pulling receipts from the till and folding them. I walked in and explained to him that the pump didn’t print out the receipt.
