Staff is always polite and friendly. The issue I have is their pumps. I’ve repeatedly had issues with paying at the pump. I tried using my credit card a month back to pay and it said invalid pin…. Tried again same thing, tried a third time restricted card… (I didn’t have the wrong pin because I can go inside using the same card and pin to pay). The gas prices are higher than all the other gas stations here, they are price gauging. There’s also a speed/red light camera right next to it.
Went into store and bought a two cheese burger and pop paid for it and put into microwave and looked around and couldn't see any condiments i ask and they told me they don't have any and I said you are selling food products and need to have ketchup and mustard and salt and pepper and they we no have I wanted my money back and she gave me a dumb stupid look and I got pissed off and will be calling the manager and basically was ignored
This Petro Canada is at very convinient place, offering easy access for travelers. This is full convenience store with snacks, drinks and essentials at reasonable prices. Clean facilities and friendly staff enhance the experience. There is ample parking makes it a convenient stop for fuel and quick shopping.
I drive a Ford F-150 Lightning and I used to charge regularly at your stations, getting a delivery speed of around 124 kW. Lately, the charging speed has dropped significantly to about 85 kW, which means I now have to pay more for the same amount of energy due to longer charging times. Why has the speed been reduced? This is disappointing, especially when fast charging is supposed to be the main advantage of using your network.
