Petro Canada gas station at 9494- 156st Edmonton provided less gas than the prepaid amount ( paid inside) .The pump stopped before it reached the gas amount. for example if I paid 30 L inside ,I received only $ 29 L at the pump .It happened more than 5 times ,I never buy gas at this station again.

Multiple pumps fail to process payment. And constantly have to go inside to get a receipt because their staff are too lazy to maintain the pumps. I have enough frustration in my life. Never have this problem at the 7-11 down the street. And the atm machine has been out of order for months and they won’t even offer cash back or have gift cards. This is a gas station. Fix your debit machines or keep losing customers Your choice. Poor management and terrible upkeep. I’d rather pay extra for gas than deal with this location.

I stopped at this gas station yesterday evening to fuel up and was honestly shocked by how poorly maintained the place was. The floors were filthy, the drink shelves were almost completely empty, and the bathroom was so dirty I didn’t even feel comfortable using it. There appeared to be urine on the floor. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was such a bad experience I felt it needed to be said. The redheaded girl working at the counter was extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. She barely acknowledged me, had an attitude the entire time, and was clearly upset or crying at work, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and awkward. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but it’s another to take it out on customers. Very unprofessional behavior and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Just went in and the poor young girl at the till said she’s been sick all day vomiting in the office. She said no one could cover her shift so she had to work, so we scanned our own items as she said she didn’t want to make us sick. She was very apologetic. Poor management.
