These people do not care about customers or customer satisfaction ....I came for fuel...pumps are full service ....the young attendant was cutting the lawn....his boss told him that their was a customer waiting for fuel....he told his boss to wait until he's done cutting the grass.... I sat in my vehicle and waited at the pump for this young kid to finish cutting the grass to come to the pump.... When he came to the vehicle I told him that wasn't right and he should attend to pump customers and then return to cut in the gras... read more
