Very poor service. Last 15 days, car was is not working and not given car wash tickets against season pass, don’t use your Petro car wash this location at all. Staff so rude as well.
Car wash is closed during winter season. Will be contacting petro Canada for a refund on my car wash pass.
Bought a season pass for a car wash back in hopes to wash my car everyday in the winter. If I knew that this gas station closes their car wash everytime there is heavy snow fall or during snow seasons - I would’ve got a car wash pass from some where else. Not to mention, when you ask for a raincheck/free car wash receipt because they are closed - they are very rude about it.
Car is closed most of the time and the vacuum is not sucking dust clearly /properly. It’s not just one time and faced many time. Petro-Canada please take note and fix these.
Went for a car wash at this location and the soap shower was malfunctioning, also the water from side sprayers did not work. On exiting the bay, I noted the car wasn't washed properly from front panel and the hood as well as side mirrors were dirty. On requesting the front kiosk staff for a rewash coupon I was refused and was told your car is already clean. Although there were clearly smudges visible.
