Pumps are not working , first the staff charged me for the pump number where someone is already standing with his car and the girl (staff) who charged me , asking me to talk to that guy, are you serious? First you make a mistake and asking me to solve myself?and then the staff don’t have any knowledge of how to cancel the transaction wasted my time more than 30 minutes , who is the manager? Why don’t you guys have trained people who can handle such situation ? Why only few people are working in a busy time ?
