UPDATED to include a screenshot of an email Petro Canada sent me after asking me to contact them about this that was actually meant for the business. Clearly no one at Petro has a clue what they're doing. 🤯 The woman cashier working here tonight was completely clueless and I'd actually give zero stars if it was an option. On the website and on google it says this location opens at 5 am. On multiple occasions I have wanted to get gas between 5:15-5:30 only to find out that the gas pumps are turned off and the store is closed. Either they need to find a reliable opener for the store who actually opens on time or they need to change their store time on line. It’s extremely frustrating.
I had the worst experience ever. I walked inside and the employee named Rodel provided very poor customer service . He looked irritated, and his expression seemed dismissive when I spoke to him. It even seemed like he didn’t enjoy or care about his job based on the way he interacted with me. In my opinion, this kind of employee is not good for the business because his attitude creates a negative experience for customers. I don’t know what the other people are saying, but this place is amazing! I understand a few things are out of order, but they aren’t too obnoxious about it. I won 100 dollars at this location! And when i went to redeem it, they said i needed to buy more, so did. Besides, what store just has 100 dollars sitting in the cash register?
