Very rude and unhelpful staff (a male and a woman both from India). At - 18 my truck was stuck in the snow for 2 hrs until I got towed out. My wheels were full on snow and ice so I could drive pass 50 km/hr stopped at this station to clear them, instead of them helping or st least let me do (at midnight, with 3 kids in the car) they asked not to use the their permises nor the wiper.. I hope they both get stuck somewhere in the snow and no body gives them a hand...

I asked if the car wash works because I never see anyone using it. Cashier said yes, I paid, entered my code at the carwash, door opened, i drove in, nothing happened. No water, no sound, no lights indicating things were functional. I had to back my car back out and they reimbursed me. Then I went to Ultramar in sherbrooke to get a car wash. Too bad. Would be nice to have a functional car wash in Lennoxville.

Le lave auto depuis plus d'un an ne fonctionne pas. Ils disent qu'il est brisé! Je crois qu'il n'a jamais fonctionné. Allez ailleurs, car avec un plein d'essence, il y a toujours un rabais pour le lave auto
