worst customer experience.. regular customer for gas almost everyday...got my gas filled and then as i was passing by later i had to go use restroom... KUMAR at the store refused to give the keys unless i buy something.... i even told to have a look at my bank statement but i was refused...horrrible customer service by him.. i had to buy gas again to use the restroom..
Regular customer and rideshare driver here. Being forced to purchase something just to use the restroom is disappointing and feels exploitative. Poor customer experience. Everyday same story.
Im there everyday buying cigarettes and drinks but they didn't let me use the washroom that one time I didn't buy anything. Won't be back.
