Extremely bad customer service. The girl standing on the cash was busy doing her stuff and it is a make shift counter so you don't even miss the customer. After a minute when I asked her is she going to attend me , she casually replied I can go somewhere else as she is busy. No acknowledgement, no greeting or even an eye contact. Can not understand their unwritten rules of selling a cartoon if cigarettes If they have two at the counter, one stats and theorher gets the cartoon If one only us available label they give really stupid reasons
States open 24 hours store doors are locked employee just looking at me won't say whether they are open or not
My most recent experience with this location deserves a low rating. You need to train your cashiers especially the female brown lady some manners. Talking over customers when they have a simple question about the products you’re selling is rude and disrespectful. Never coming here again
This is not a review that I enjoy to write. In fact, this has always been my go to for gas and many other things I'd purchase. But that changed today. As someone who has limited mobility, to be told that I should park my vehicle at the pump and walk the snow covered, very slippery parking lot to go inside to pay for my gas so I can get my petro points is/was unbelievable.
