two employees both on their phones as I stand and wait to be helped. I waited almost 5 minutes, how long would you wait? both just right behind the counter. 0/10 customer service.
BRUTAL. Service is horrendous. No one is ever in a good mood, it’s like you’re doing them a disservice by just existing.
Don’t go here after midnight. The worker was passed out in the back. We called 4 times and no one let us in, we had to go somewhere else.
At google map they wrong price. This is unethical practice for any business!
Worst service will never use again. Had a flat tire and tried to use the air pump. Didn’t have the $2.50 in change so tried to use my credit card or debit card and it wouldn’t take it. Went inside and ask if I could use my credit card as I had a flat tire the man said no. I was shocked so asked again and explained that my tire was completely flat and just need enough air to get to a place to have it repaired as I have a injured back and can’t do it myself.
