Easy access, gas up to 93 and diesel available here. Convenience store is available. Occasionally taxis park there which can make it difficult using the outside lane of pumps and there are occasionally some drunks that sit under the tree at the corner, and while they can be loud I have never seen them cause any problems.
They have the old out of order sign on the bathroom trick... anyways alot of places do that to prevent people they don't want from going in there.... Anyways I asked to use the bathroom last week even though I saw the sign on the door a fellow there let me use the bathroom and lo and behold the bathroom was fine and in good working condition..
