Broken pump and awful service: The pump was broken, overfilled and spilled gas all over my car and the ground. I went inside to tell the attendant but she said the pump wasn’t broken in the morning and so she couldn’t help me. I asked to speak to the manager so she called him on the phone and i’m not sure what was said, but she said the manager couldn’t talk to me because he was in a “meeting”. Horrible service. The workers there are lazy and very unfriendly.
Completely incompetent staff during today’s stop at this gas station. I’ve tried repeatedly to use the Pay-At-The-Pump option, but employee was not authorizing despite no other customers at the time. I tend to went inside and friendly asked to use pump #1, but without any luck. Left without purchasing fuel. In decades of being a Petroleum Canada customer I never had such an experience.
