I visited the store the day before yesterday. There is usually only one lady working there, and most of the time, she doesn’t know how to speak to customers. She speaks in a very rude manner, which I’ve noticed many times. I’m never going to that store again, even if my car's tank is empty.
Whenever I visit that store, I’m always disappointed with the customer service from the girl working there. She always has an attitude and lacks the manners to deal with customers. Unfortunately, since it's the only Petro in our small town, we have no choice but to go there—even when we don’t want to."
They don’t even try to talk to you and they will be on their phone talking to someone else right in front of you. They really don’t care!
