Terrible gas station, i went to fill up my tires at the tire fill station ended up putting $7 into the machine that wasn’t working. When i went inside to get a re fund the staff at the counter ignored me as he was on the phone and told me to call a number that did absolutely nothing. I told him to put a sign out saying it wasn’t working but he couldn’t speak English. The other queen street gas station is way better never going back to this one again!!
I wanted to share a recent experience I had at this gas station. Unfortunately, I found the customer service to be quite disappointing. The staff member I interacted with seemed to lack basic courtesy and professionalism, which made the visit frustrating. I believe that ensuring good customer service is essential, and if the attendant working at this gas station doesn’t like his job then he should quit this job forreal!!!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Absolutely TERRIBLE
It's supposed to be 24 hours yet about 50% of the time I go there the doors are locked because the cashier is taking a personal phone call. He makes eye contact with you and shrugs. Will not be returning. Sept 28th, 12:45am.
