The overnight clerk exhibited exceptionally poor manners, lacking basic etiquette. When I pressed the after-hours button, he responded with the same rudeness. If you are dissatisfied with your job, why do you continue working there? Individuals like myself would be delighted to have a job at this time. Petro-Canada employees should prioritize treating their customers with greater respect.
I used to come here all the time for ever 2 years. The customer service has really declined. The only person I like here is the lady that works here she is nice. The guy working today at 4pm customer service was really bad and I’m disappointed. As a customer I will definitely not be coming and here again. Also the new staff talks in a different language and laugh all the time which is not professional.
