I will never grace their door again. I went here because I discovered my tire was low. I went in and asked if they had air, the young girl behind the counter didn't know, so when the manager or whoever he was came out, I greeted him with a hi there, she asked if they had air, he scowled at me and grumpily said NO. Of course, I said thank you very much, have a great day! And walked out, haven't been back since, this was in 2017.

As someone who doesn’t know cars. I bought the part I thought it was, brought the car to the mechanics and without calling to tell me that’s not the issue, they used the part that wasn’t needed and then charged me $600 for labour to do work that was unneeded. They should have reached out to say that’s not the issue. They decided it was ok to install the part. Now I’m out over $800 (including the price of the part) and still have no heat in the car. I would have returned the part and got the right one if they had reached out.... read more
