As someone who doesn’t know cars. I bought the part I thought it was, brought the car to the mechanics and without calling to tell me that’s not the issue, they used the part that wasn’t needed and then charged me $600 for labour to do work that was unneeded. They should have reached out to say that’s not the issue. They decided it was ok to install the part. Now I’m out over $800 (including the price of the part) and still have no heat in the car. I would have returned the part and got the right one if they had reached out.... read more
