Customer service over the phone is pretty poor: I called to ask a question, and after greeting me the attendant ignored my question, sets the phone on the counter and begins serving other customers. Never said a word after saying hello. I tried calling back a few minutes later but they obviously decided the best way to avoid questions is to leave the phone on the counter without hanging up so it can’t ring. Can’t speak to in-person service.
ZERO STARS the gas attendant refused a disabled senior to use their washrooms. Nor would they open the door. Poor speaking attendant and ignorant towards disabled persons. The disabled senior ended up soiling their pants. Forced to put a star to make post.
Not a fan of pay in store before pump. But the staff was friendly. Knowledgeable. Large location. Clean. Bright with lots of windows. Clean washrooms. Self serve at the pumps.
