Rude clerk, pump didn’t stop and poured gas on my car, and cramped parking lot.
Wish i could give 0. Went to buy my son gas gift gard. They took my money but couldn't produce card...told ME I had to do the work to figure it out...call...email...etc...while they just stole $50.00. Would not let me speak to manager on duty...they had no clue how to operate POS or do gift cards. Wonder uf this is a scam...wouldn't be the first time I had money STOLEN from my debit card at a Petro Canada debit machine. Do not use this carwash. We had a vehicle not perfectly aligned on belt and the carwash belt did not stop and proceeded to drive our car into a wash support and ripped off the passenger mirror. The operator of the station said they felt bad for the damage, but then told us it was driver error. They told us to go through our own insurance as they felt it was our fault. They could not explain why the system did not detect that the car was not straight and did not shut down the belt or alert the driver. How does the carwash not... read more
