I will continue to give every single Petro Canada I go to that demands prepay a one star review. I run a business and have an RBC bank account because the deal has always been i save three cents per liter. With pre-pay I no longer save three cents per litre I get an additional three cents worth of gas extra for every litre I purchase. The deal is I save money, not get extra fuel.
