Extremely disappointing experience at this Petro-Canada location (1555 ON-11, Shanty Bay, ON). I stopped specifically to use the air inflator, which charged $2.50 but was completely non-functional. The machine took the money without delivering any service, and there was no warning or “out of order” notice anywhere. To make matters worse, there was no staff available to assist or offer a refund. I will support this place. I grabbed a few things from the shelves to drink and eat and punched in the wrong price. Told the cashier the prices were wrong and then showed him the prices on the shelves and tried they were wrong. Then proceeded to act like he switched the prices on the screen and wouldn't show me on the screen. I walked out. Deceitful and shady.

I hate filling up at this gas station because they never have any fluid in the windshield washer stations even though they clearly have it in stock. Also order large bags of Old Dutch ketchup chips and you'll make a lot more money off me haha

Did 2 prepayments and the money got devited from my card but the pump just shut off went to talk to the employee inside, he locked the doors and didn’t open when we tried to knock he didn’t wanted to open it. The owners showed up and we were talking to the employee the owners just closed the doors in the middle of the conversation with the employee without saying anything. We just wanted to know how we will get the refund because the pump took $400 as prepayment hold. Very rude owner and employees. Deserves negatives stars.
