Je ne retourne plus jamais, l'employé n'a pas enlevé ses guants après avoir changé les poubelles dehors et il a touché mes deux cannettes avec ses guants souillés
I enter this store and I am totally ignored. One employee talking on his cell and mopping, sees me but ignores me. There is another (older) employee who is far from the cash register but is behind the counter. He doesn't even make eye contact with me. Finally I ask if someone works there? Then I am reluctantly served. As if I have disturbed them or something! No hello, no bonjour. Zero customer service. I have been a loyal customer of Petro Canada for many years but will make sure to avoid this branch in the future.
Very disrespectful experience. I went in to pay for gas and the employee got angry because I spoke English. He told me I must speak French, didn’t care when I said I don’t speak it well, then kicked me out and used inappropriate language. Customers should be treated with respect no matter what language they speak.
Our days there's a car wash. NOT!
